Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: August 2026

You can have your personal data removed from Offerqo at any time. This page explains exactly how, what happens to data a clinic imported from Facebook Lead Ads, and the narrow set of records the law requires us to keep. Offerqo is operated by ItExpert24 LTD (71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom).

Request deletion by email

1. Delete your Offerqo account and data

Any account holder — a patient or a member of clinic staff — can ask us to delete their account and the personal data held under it.

  1. Email privacy@offerqo.com from the address your Offerqo account uses. Sending from the account address is how we verify the request; if you cannot, we will ask you for another way to confirm identity before deleting anything.
  2. Tell us what to delete: the whole account, or only part of it (for example only the leads synced from Facebook).
  3. We confirm receipt, carry out the deletion, and email you when it is done — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Deletion removes your profile, your messages, your quote and enquiry records, uploaded photos and medical images, and any push or email subscriptions. It cannot be undone.

2. Facebook Lead Ads data

When a clinic connects its Facebook Page to Offerqo, new lead-form submissions are copied into that clinic's own enquiry pipeline. That data is visible only to the clinic that owns the Page, and it is never used for advertising, resale, or any purpose other than letting the clinic answer the enquiry.

To stop the sync and delete what was already synced:

  1. Sign in to clinic.offerqo.com as the clinic owner and go to Sales → Sources → Connect Facebook.
  2. Press Disconnect. Offerqo immediately unsubscribes from that Page's lead webhook and deletes the stored Facebook access token, so no further leads are received.
  3. To also erase the leads already imported, email privacy@offerqo.com from the clinic owner's address and say which Page or date range to remove. We delete the matching enquiry records and their contact details.

You can also revoke Offerqo's access from Facebook's side at any time: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Offerqo → Remove. Doing so stops Meta from sending us any further data. It does not by itself erase leads already delivered to the clinic, so use the email step above for those.

Individual leads can also be deleted one at a time by the clinic, from inside the enquiry record in its Offerqo pipeline.

3. If a clinic holds your data

Where a clinic decides how your data is used, that clinic is the data controller and Offerqo acts as its processor. You may send your deletion request to us anyway — we will act on it for the data we control and pass it to the clinic for the rest, telling you which clinic it went to.

4. What we keep, and why

A small amount of data survives deletion because the law requires it. We keep only what is necessary, and it is never used to contact you again.

  • Invoices and payment records — retained for UK tax and accounting obligations. Card numbers are never stored by us; payments run through Stripe.
  • Signed consent evidence — retained for as long as it may be needed to establish or defend a legal claim, because it is the clinic's proof that consent was given.
  • Security and fraud logs — retained briefly, then purged.

Everything outside this list is deleted. If you want to know precisely what is being kept in your case, ask in your request and we will tell you.
